Housing and transportation are being coordinated by Jennifer Henning and Sr. Mary Lou Lafferty.
Each coordinator will have her committee of volunteers and staff to assist in the coordination and or execution.

Guidelines

When arranging for travel, no one is to arrive before July 23rd or depart before August 4th. Any exceptions will be communicated with the respective coordinator.

The cut-off time for pick-up/drop-off from the airport, bus station, and train station options is no earlier than 8:00 am EDT and no later than 8:00 pm EDT.

Questions may be directed to the coordinator responsible. However, they are not to be contacted directly for preferences.

All housing requests and preferences will be handled by the Housing Coordinator ONLY.
